NJK was listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in November 6, 2002. Based on software development as a core competence, NJK group has consolidated its management structure to expand the range of business areas, including sale of digital devices, development of software packages, hardware construction and others, so that we can swiftly meet the dynamic changes of society all the time.

We made a capial and business tie-up with NTT DATA Corporation (NTT DATA), a global IT Innovator of Japan, to cope with rapid changes in the business environment, and NTT DATA had held 50.01% of NJK stocks by means of public tender offer, then NJK became a group company of NTT DATA on the date of 1st March 2010.
